We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Electronics Technician for component-level PCB repair, power electronics troubleshooting and testing of industrial robot electronics. Previous robotics experience is an advantage but is not mandatory.

ARAGON is an international industrial robotics specialist with more than 60 years of industrial experience and customers in over 30 countries. Through its network in Germany, Austria, Hungary and India, ARAGON combines European technical expertise with local support in Telangana. ARAGONROBOTICS PRIVATE LIMITED provides industrial robot services in India, focusing on KUKA and ABB robot systems, electronics repair, spare parts and refurbished equipment. Our objective is to help industrial customers reduce downtime and extend the service life of their equipment. The Senior Electronics Technician will diagnose, repair and test industrial electronic equipment such as robot controller boards, drive modules, power supplies, teach pendants, HMIs and automation electronics. Candidates with experience repairing industrial drives, UPS systems, inverters, VFDs or similar power-electronic equipment are encouraged to apply. Immediate or short-notice candidates are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair industrial PCBs and electronic modules at component level. - Troubleshoot power supplies, SMPS units, drive modules, inverter sections, control boards and communication boards. - Repair robot electronics such as controller boards, teach pendants, HMIs and power modules. - Test IGBTs, MOSFETs, diodes, rectifiers, capacitors, relays and gate-driver circuits. - Perform SMD and through-hole soldering, desoldering, component replacement and PCB rework. - Use oscilloscopes, multimeters, LCR meters, laboratory power supplies, thermal cameras and other diagnostic equipment. - Read circuit diagrams, schematics, datasheets and technical manuals. - Carry out functional testing and verify the quality of completed repairs. - Follow safety procedures while working with mains voltage, high-voltage DC buses and high-current equipment. - Maintain repair records covering faults, actions, replaced components and test results. - Maintain a safe and organised electronics repair workspace. - Provide occasional on-site technical support at customer locations when required.
Qualifications
- ITI, Diploma or degree in Electronics, Electrical and Electronics, Instrumentation or a related field. - Minimum 3 years of practical experience in electronics or PCB repair. - Hands-on experience with power electronics and component-level fault diagnosis. - Good soldering, desoldering and PCB-rework skills. - Ability to troubleshoot independently and systematically. - Basic English communication and documentation skills. - Experience with industrial drives, servo drives, UPS systems, inverters or VFDs is an advantage. - Previous experience with KUKA, ABB, FANUC or other industrial robot systems is good to have.
